REHMLIGHTS warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Coverage Includes:
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
Small Batch Manufacturing: All REHMLIGHTS gear is hand-assembled in Southern California. We typically ship within 3-5 business days of your order.
30-Day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your tools. If you are not, you may return unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

REHMLIGHTS is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to third-party equipment, lighting consoles, dimmers, or fixtures connected to our tools. Users are responsible for ensuring proper connection and usage within DMX512 standards.

All firmware is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for stability and reliability, we do not guarantee that the firmware will be error-free or uninterrupted.
